We were pleasantly surprised to find this little place in Little Collins St. They sell freshly made baguette sandwiches, which you can select based on what's displayed. We ordered the Smoked Salmon with lettuce, cream cheese, avocado, mayo & capers... And loved it!!! The freshness of the ingredients and softness of the bread was exactly how we like our sandwiches. The petite baguette is $5.50, so this was a great place for cheap sandwiches in the city. Sadly they don't open on weekends, and only operate from 7:30am to 2:30pm.. But I'll make sure I come here more frequently for either breakfast or lunch during the week.

My friends and I got baguettes for lunch here. They were delicious! It's a good place if you want to grab something to eat and continue to explore the city. Quick, tasty, and friendly. Prices for grand sandwiches are around 9-10 aud, the small ones are around 6-7 aud. Good price for the quantity and quality of food you get. A must for backpackers, and also if you're looking for a decent bite. I got an eggplant baguette and loved it!

Great value for money and delicious too! So glad to find this place while wandering around during lunch time. Only takeaway is available, so we ended up taking our lunch to Fed Sq where there’s plenty of sitting area.

What a yummy and cost effective work lunch. The lines and wait can be long but they’re efficient as they can be given demand! I’d say about 10 to 15 minutes, which is pretty reasonable for a whole toasted sandwich during the busy lunch hour. Solid system for taking and handing out orders. Shoutout options for me would be the chicken schnitzel and the eggplant schnitzel, I really love the flavour from those sun dried tomatoes! The drinks are very well priced too.

This place should probably be recognized as an institute for budget white-collar lunch options in Melbourne. They understand their clientele and the importance of good food. They have a great selection of fresh and delicious baguette options prepared by an incredibly lovely staff who take pride in their work and expedite the lunch-ordering process with care and proficiency. Don't be perturbed by the midday queue, you'll get through very quickly. Excellent bread and fillings and definitely worth a try, even as a quick-fix tourist. Stop by and be surprised for what less than $10 can buy in 2023. To be frank, I question even leaving this review... because B3 certainly isn't a best-kept secret, however, when you discover this place, you quickly wish it was. Alas, credit where it's due, and so, from me to you, buying a B3 baguette is something you should do.
